Chocolatecake
This cake is not for whimps; it’s made with lots of dark chocolate and almost tastes like a homemade, filled chocolate. In Norwegian we call this cake a ‘konfektcake’, meaning a filled chocolate chocolatecake. I have the recipe from one of Norway’s best known chefs, Lise Finckenhagen.
