This cake offers everything you need for the holidays; soft, spiced applecake layered with homemade applecompote, and iced with caramelized buttercream, honeycomb made of chocolate and a bunch of happy bees. A real showstopper, if I may say so myself..!

The cake is 15 cm diameter and it will serve at least 15 guests.
